The fundamental abilities and qualities required for almost any job are employability skills. These are the general abilities that a company looks for in a candidate. Parcham wants to prepare the marginalized youth for the workforce.
Digital Literacy Program
The goal of the Digital Literacy Course is to provide youth with the fundamental to advanced computer knowledge they need to be job-ready. It places a stronger emphasis on practical skills than theory.
Government Scholarships Program
The National Scholarship Portal Initiative.
We are aiding our young people in obtaining government scholarships because the vast majority of them come from economically precarious households. Many students fail to take advantage of these opportunities and leave college because they cannot afford the tuition.
